Owning a 7,000 metric tons grain silo, a 20,000 metric tons grain storage warehouse facility, a sacks manufacturing company and a wide range of real estate portfolio with an annual turn over of about 10 billion naira, an oil and gas distribution company involved in mid-down steam business activities withan annual turn over of about 2 billion Naira and supervising Nipco PLC’s board activities, an agricultural commodity trading enterprise with annual turn over of about 2 billion, The design, implementation and execution of similar Projects including Golden Fertiliser LTD fertiliser plant in Kaduna and Lagos, TAK Agro Ltd super Phosphates plants in Kaduna and Katsina, Albarka Fertiliser plant in Kebbi, Barbedos Fertiliser plant in Kaduna, Premium Agro fertiliser plant in Lagos, Prime Gold fertiliser plant in Asaba, PH, and Lagos. Over the past 30 years, They have constructed scores of silos, general food processing, preservation and storage infrastructure for governments, businesses and individuals ranging from grain storage plants, farm management to supply and installation of equipment’s for flour mills, feed mills, oil mills , rice mills, breweries and thousands of hectares of farm lands, Spearheaded a wide range of massive engineering undertakings in two fortune 500 companies, and secured 561 million naira worth of financing to set up a fruit drying and packaging company here in abuja.

Mr. Chinedu Ohanyere

Director.

Mr Ohanyere obtained a Diploma in Civil Engineering. An undergraduate dual degree in Civil and and Environmental Engineering. A Masters dual degree in Sustainable Development and Climate Change. Chinedu is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Chambers of Agribusiness in Nigeria and Ghana. Mr. Ohanyere has over 15 years of multidisciplinary work experience. He started his professional career as a Civil and Structural Engineering attachee with Cappa and D’Alberto Plc, a building and construction giant in Nigeria. Afterwards, he worked with Projects and Industrial Engineering, a South African consulting firm, as a Civil and Structural Engineer and Site/Project Manager. While in South Africa, Mr. Ohanyere managed various multi-million dollar projects which led him to Grindrod Terminals Pty Ltd where he ran and managed large scale fertilizer bulk blending and bagging operations. In Nigeria, he worked as Infrastructure Manager for the largest Telecom Infrastructure company, IHS Nigeria Limited, where he managed their entire Telecom Infrastructure. 

As a conversant fertilizer professional, Mr. Ohanyere has gathered a myriad of knowledge, experience and influence in the Global and African fertilizer industries. His interdisciplinary education, work experiences and level of expertise sets him apart. With the combination of theoretical, practical, and technical know-how, he is highly qualified in the sectors of Engineering and Agriculture. In Nigeria, the largest agriculture and fertilizer market in West Africa, Mr. Ohanyere has closed multi-million dollar deals in the areas of setting up NPK blending and bagging plants and operations. As such he has been directly and indirectly involved in the setting up of bespoke NPK fertilizer blending and bagging facilities for Golden Fertilizer Company Limited, Prime Gold Fertilizer & Chemical Company Limited, Super Phosphate Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited, Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, Funtua Fertilizer & Chemical Products Limited, Agtho Merchant & Company Limited, Edusquare & Company Nigeria Limited, Alelawa Fertilizers & Chemicals Company Limited, Albarka Fertilizer Limited, Morris Nigeria Limited, Bauchi Fertilizer Company, Kano Agricultural Supply Company Limited, Premium Agro Chemicals Limited, Barbedos Ventures Limited, Consolid Agro Limited, Sora Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited, Bejafta Fertilizer and Chemicals Limited, TAK Agro & Chemicals Limited and OCP Nigeria. Additionally he has consulted for Sidalco Fertilizer & Chemicals Company, Ghana, Doucoure Partenaire Agro Industries (DPA Mali), Mangara Agrobusiness Company, Sierra Leone, Baraka Fertilizer, Toyota Tsusho, Eldoret, Kenya, Bagtech International Pty Ltd, South Africa, AJ Sackett - Waconia Fertilizer Systems, USA, just to name a few. 

Currently, Mr Ohanyere has been contracted by United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Economic Community of West African States(ECOWAS), West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA), The Permanent Interstate Committee for Drought Control in the Sahel (CILSS french acronym),International Fertilizer Development centre (IFDC) and West African Fertilizer Association (WAFA) as chief consultant to develop a Harmonised Fertilizer Bulk Blending Manual/Guidelines for West Africa. 

Mr. Ohanyere is very passionate about Africa. His passion lies in Agriculture and Infrastructure. He is presently obtaining another Masters degree in Renewable Energy through The Renewable Energy Institute at the European Energy Centre (EEC) and working on his registrations with the Nigerian Society of Engineers as well as the Chartered Institute of Project Managers Nigeria.

Mr. Suraj Y Yashe

Before founding IQ Homes, Surajo was a member of the board of Directors and COO of Feedex Group- a company with diverse!ed interests in manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, construction, import & export and finance. His passion and dexterity at coordinating multiple tasks improved the fortunes of the company and prepared him for even higher challenges. He was also Board Chairman and CEO of SY&S International Limited, a defence technology !rm with a strategic business alliance with Active Armour Sweden, a leading Security Equipment manufacturer in western Europe. As the CEO, he was saddled with the daily operational responsibilities of the company. His strength of vision and relentless entrepreneurial zeal led him to found Fairfax Impex Project Limited, a company with interests in Polymer import and distribution, Agro Packaging manufacturing and transport & logistics. Surajo is also a member of the board of Heuristic Financial Group. Mr. Suraj owns a 7,000 metric tons grain silo, a 20,000 metric tons grain storage warehouse facility, a sacks manufacturing company and a wide range of real estate portfolio. Surajo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems (BIS) from the historical Virginia Union University in richmond, Va United States where he graduated with honours and a Master of Science degree in Management information Systems. He graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Alhaji Babakano Umar Aliyu is a phenomenal leader, highly experienced petroleum geologist, economic analyst, serial entrepreneur, community leader and a philanthropist with over 20 years of professional experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He is the Founder/Executive Chairman of Oil sheikh Limited, a foremost integrated energy contracting Company. Alhaji Babakano Umar Aliyu is also an outstanding and experienced Corporate Governance Practitioner and Boardroom player. He is a supervisory board member of NIPCO PLC, one of Nigerias major oil and gas mid-stream and downstream companies. He also played a pivotal role in NIPCO’S acquisition of ExxonMobil Nigeria PLC. He undertook extensive Executive level Business and Leadership Education in world-class institutions. Alhaji Babakano Umar Aliyu is a philanthropist, with deep commitment towards youth and community empowerment.

Abbstal Limited is a subsidiary of the Motorways Group, a family owned enterprise in business for over 40 years.The MD of Abbstal is Mrs Olusola Ajoke Adebowale who runs the business alongside her siblings. Mrs Adebowale is an entrepreneur and seasoned Administrator. She graduated from the University of East Anglia Norwich England with B.A Economics in 1986 and the University of Saskachewen with M.A in Management Systems in 1987. She worked with British Telecom as a management Trainee for two years after which she moved to Nigeria. She was instrumental in diversifying Abbstal business into the hospitality industry and has built a successful brand reputed for offering high quality services and products to high profile organisations In diversifying, she is also the founder and managing director of sparkle clean Limited, a cleaning Services and Building Maintenance company. Her resolute knack for quality customer service is such that she has brought on to Standard Fertiliser's operation broadening its service quality and clientele while providing other valuable leadership qualities to Standard Fertiliser Solutions team

Strategic Committee

The Strategic Committee makes medium and long-term decisions, typically centered on business planning, budgetary frameworks, long-term strategy and initiatives, M&A, partnerships and other topline business matters. It is chaired by the CEO, with seats for OCP’s four Managing Directors

Management Committee

The Management Committee makes structuring decisions to implement the recommendations of the Strategic Committee. Typically this includes budget, CAPEX, and HR – and can deal with short-term and long-term initiatives. It’s chaired by the CEO, with seats for OCP’s four Managing Directors and the Executive Vice Presidents. Operational Committee

Operational Committee

The Operational Committee takes charge of operational co-ordination. This includes sales, production plans, new products, and performance monitoring. The chair is appointed on rotation, and the committee is made up of the Group’s Managing Directors and Executive Vice Presidents.
